Please note that we cannot guarantee that individuals will answer calls from an unknown phone number. These are not “hot” leads waiting for your call.

Please note that if your order contains cellular phone numbers it may containing higher than normal incorrect records. This due to large number of consumers changing their numbers more often and lack of industry standard accurate verification processing. Many households have one account holder for all their cell phones (John Doe with a 2^nd line for his wife). This will result in errors in the database, that we cannot easily correct. We do not call these records to verify the numbers. We will replace any incorrect records one for one. If you get other family member on the phone (other than the person listed), we will replace it for free. Our phones are about 75%-85% accurate with a very low disconnect ratio of few percentages.

We cannot control if people do not answer their phones. If you get an answering machine it is not considered a wrong number. Many people screen their calls, because of all the unwanted SPAM and SCAM calls.

Please make sure to follow all the Federal and State laws when using your list for mailing and/or telemarketing. Neither InvestorLeads.com nor any of its directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliated companies will be liable to Customer for any loss or injury arising out of, or caused in whole or in part from its provision of any information.

EMAIL GUARANTEE:
You may request free email addresses with your order. However, please note that these email addresses are NOT verified unless you opt for our additional paid verification service. We do not guarantee the deliverability of the emails. We offer a one-time replacement for any bounced or undelivered messages. If your bounce rate exceeds 25%, please submit a screenshot for review. Further replacements will not be provided.

We do not guarantee the success of your email campaign, as there are numerous variables beyond our control. Before initiating an email campaign, we recommend using a reputable list hygiene service to remove any invalid or undeliverable email addresses from your list. Please submit a report to us for verification, and we will provide free one-time replacements accordingly.

Please note that we do not replace email addresses marked as unknown or general inquiry (catch-all). Replacements are only available for records that are truly undeliverable. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us.

You will be using these email addresses at your own risk, and we will not be responsible for any issues (e.g., termination of service) with your Internet Service Provider (ISP), your email service provider, or any third-party email campaign service. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with all current laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act) regarding email marketing. InvestorLeads.com assumes no responsibility for any issues if these laws are not followed.

InvestorLeads.com guarantees that you will be able to reach 100% of the leads you have purchased.

Unfortunately, no list is 100% accurate. We will replace any record that is incorrect. Please keep track of the incorrect records and contact us after you have finished working your entire list. We will send you replacements within 24hrs. On special orders please allow 2-3 working days. Typically you can expect 15%-25% incorrect data.

Customer is receiving a marketing list from InvestorLeads.com. Unless stated on the invoice,  InvestorLeads.com has not processed this list against the National Do Not Call Registry, State Phone Suppression files and DMA Phone Suppression files, herein collectively called “Telephone Number Suppression files”.  Customer acknowledges that some of the names on the list may have placed their telephone numbers on Telephone Number Suppression files. We will require a SAN from the customer (Subscription  Authorization Number) to provide customer with file that has been run against all the DNC call lists. Customer acknowledges that Customer will either obtain access to the Telephone Number Suppression files on its own behalf, or if Customer will not obtain access to Telephone Number Suppression files, Customer will only make calls for purposes permitted by law. Neither InvestorLeads.com nor any of its directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliated companies will be liable to Customer for any loss or injury arising out of, or caused in whole or in part from its provision of any information.
